The problem
Textile waste is growing, but circular connections are not.
Every year, tons of fabrics and garments are thrown away or stored in warehouses because producers cannot easily find a recycler or a logistics partner that can take them.
Today, many textile producers still manage waste with manual calls, disconnected emails and spreadsheets. Recyclers, on the other side, do not always know what is available, where it is located and whether it fits their processes. Logistics often joins the conversation too late, making transport inefficient or unfeasible.
The result is simple: valuable fabrics end up being treated as waste, storage costs increase and real circular opportunities are lost.
